COLLABORATIVE STRATEGY An essential part of Empower New Mexico's mission is to weave together a unique collaboration between private sector companies, non-profit and government stakeholders to identify critical challenges; maximize resources; create new funding strategies; reduce redundancy; inform, educate and inspire public awareness and explore practical solutions to long term needs. Empower New Mexico is also committed to creating programs to the transfer of wisdom across and between generations and develop new levels of mentorship, volunteerism and legacy giving.

SPECIAL PROGRAMS Empower New Mexico raises funds and awareness through public conferences, forums and lecture series as well as educational and special charitable entertainment programs, public service television and radio campaigns, open public dialogues, special film and dialogue programs for senior centers and communities and cross generational dialogues.

TEAMING RELATIONSHIPS As part of its mission, Empower New Mexico forms innovative teaming arrangements with a number of organizations. AgeNation, the producer of some theatrical and musical events for Empower New Mexico, is one such partner.
Empower New Mexico is also developing collaborative partnerships with other charitable organizations who do vital work to serve vulnerable sections of our population.

THE EMPOWER NEW MEXICO TEAM Board of Directors includes: Ms. Carol Baumgartel, President, Ms. Ranny Levy, Secretary, and Mr. Don DeVito, Treasurer. The Board is supported by a number of dedicated volunteers who contribute their invaluable talents to assist the organization in accomplishing its mission. As funds become available the organization will transition to a full time Executive Director and a small paid staff.
